The other night we had a great recording session in the studio in Beijing capturing the very first episode of China-based label Music Dish’s upcoming Chinese podcast “Women’s Voices” (which will be known in Chinese as 女性之声). The podcast will see international distribution on streaming platforms and will be a monthly installment that features a Chinese female guest each month that has a unique story to tell about being an artist, musician or similar walk of life. The guest for the first episode was Susan Wang (pictured in the purple shirt on the left) and the hosts included Yao Jue from the Chinese music label Tai He. The episode should be available to listen to, at least in Chinese for now, in the coming month. Here are some shots from the session:
